1. Give each item a rinse under warm water 

 

2. Apply a few pumps of dog shampoo into your hand and rub gently onto each product.

 

(If your dog has sensitive skin you can use their own shampoo, there’s no unknown chemicals in their shampoo so you know your dogs skin would be safe)

 

(If your dog does not have sensitive skin you can use normal detergent or fairy liquid) 

 

3. Rub in well and then rinse with warm water.

 

4. Fill up your sink/bath tub or a bucket (whatever your preference is) of hot water and leave the products in the water to soak for 15-20 minutes.

 

5. Drain and then give the products one last good rinse. Make sure you squeeze all of the water out the material. This way they will dry quicker.

 

6. Let them air dry somewhere warm, you can put them in direct sunlight if you desire.

 

Please DO NOT tumble dry. We also do not recommend using a washing machine as this will damage the gold metal. If you absolutely HAVE to put them into a washing machine to wash, please use a washing bag to wash the products to avoid scratching the gold metals.

This is at the customers own risk as it is their responsibility to hand wash the products.
